Expectations for Zoom Experience:

  • Repeat higher-power affirmations Brett channels (for in-person participants) to release layers of accumulated stress.
  • Experience Brett's guided meditations and Stefanie's morning movement sessions for deeper relaxation and recovery. 
  • No access to Journey Dance, sound bath, or Brett's one-on-one coaching during this retreat, however, all 5-Day Zoom participants can schedule a complimentary 30-minute coaching session with Brett within 45-days after the retreat. 
  • Zoom participants will only see / hear Brett and Stefanie to protect the privacy of those in-person.  
  • Remain muted during the entire retreat unless clearly directed by Brett or Stefanie to unmute. 
  • It is your choice to have your video on or off.  
  • If WiFi connection is lost from our broadcast location (not your residence) a full refund is available.
  • A recording that protects the privacy of all retreat participants will be made available to all. 
  • If Brett takes any questions, etc. from Zoom participants, that will be part of the recording.
