Hi! I'm Brett Cotter, author and founder of Stress Is Gone.

I have 20 years of experience helping people break free from the grips of their pain and experience deep inner freedom so they can live their lives to the fullest.

I've taught my signature classes in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, non-profits, military bases, disaster sites, and world renowned retreat centers.

In a private membership area. Immediately after you sign up, you will be emailed a unique login to access the entire course. This six-module course is broken up into 22 easy-to-digest videos, 6 guided meditations, and downloadable worksheets that you can go through at your own pace.

One of the best things about this program is that it’s designed to fit into your life right now. The total running time for 22 training videos is 90-minutes, the 6 meditations total 2-hours and you complete the course at your own pace. I suggest completing 1 module per day, unwinding with the meditation and moving forward when you are ready. If you miss a day or two, just pick up where you left off.
