Brett asks intuitive questions to surface the source of your stress, usually stemming from childhood. He guides you verbally to express and release the deep emotional pain that was locked in your subconscious.

By channeling affirmations from higher-self affirmations, Brett helps you break through the hidden blocks to your happiness, unravel the source of your stress, and reclaim your inner-strength.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

Brett Cotter, author & SIG founder, is a clairaudient, clairsentient, empath with 25 years experience helping clients heal from the most traumatic events of their lives. He trains crisis counselors in suicide prevention, is the trauma expert for Meditation University's teacher training program, and has taught his signature method in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, nonprofits, military bases, and disaster sites. Brett leads retreats at Omega, Kripalu, Sivananda, and the Himalayan Institute. He is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and his core method is certified by the American Institute of Stress.

Stefanie Cotter is an acupuncturist and wellness expert with a Masters in Eastern Medicine.  She will guide you through Qigong-inspired movement to boost your energy and help align your mind, body, and spirit.

The healing experience of emotional relief is something participants say they've never felt before. Many describe trauma, pain & tension leaving their body that have been with them for decades.

But that's only the beginning. The other unique thing about our retreats is the aftercare to help you maintain the changes into your everyday life (learn more below).

Most people leave our retreats feeling lighter, empowered, and reconnected to their inner joy. Once home, many find they no longer get upset by the same triggers they had for years.

Relationships naturally shift as people feel more secure and at peace. This can open up all the possibilities life can offer.

Brett asks intuitive questions to gently surface the source of your pain, often stemming from childhood and older memories buried deep in our subconscious. Sometimes ancestral or soul trauma surfaces and releases. 

You repeat channeled affirmations to open your heart, reclaim your power, and release the pain. 

These affirmations hold the opposite vibration, energy, and frequency of the pain. This work reconnects you with your higher self and source energy. We are merging your pain with your higher-power. Participants often feel powerful waves of self-love throughout their body,.

As one person lets go, others experience release as well. 

I do my very best to get out of the way to let your spirit guide me in what to say to release the old pain from your body, mind and soul. The healing has to do with guidance and energy your spirit has been waiting to give you.

My favorite part of the work is witnessing waves of unconditional self-love heal people from the inside out. You are forever reconnected with your essence. This experience becomes part of who you are, and you can access it again and again.

Music, movement and meditation help support & anchor the emotional transformation and reconnect you with joy and freedom

Gentle morning Qigong helps ground you in the feeling of being safe, open, and present. Guided meditations help you release tension, align the psyche, and stay in touch with your center.

All movement sessions are optional and have modifications if needed.

This is one of the most unique parts of our retreats. Many people leave a retreat feeling amazing, only to get triggered soon after they're home back to their same feelings.
