Brett's Story
I got into this work in 1999 because of my own stress and trauma, after I was led to healers that helped me learn to love myself and release my pain. This inspired me to help others let go of their own pain and trauma so they can live life to the fullest.
1999 My own trauma led me to start meditating and learning powerful healing modalities.
2001 I started my coaching practice facilitating workshops, 1-1 coaching and trainings.
2008 I launched Stress Is Gone LLC to share my signature method and tools.
2013 The Stress Is Gone Program was certified by The American Institute of Stress
2014 I founded StressIsGone.org 501c3
to better serve veterans, first responders and communities suffering from a tragedy.
2015 My book “3 Keys to Managing PTSD” was published as a dedication to my father, a Marine Vietnam Veteran and retired NYC Firefighter.
2019 SIG raised over $12,000 on GoFundMe
to distribute a PTSD book to every homeless veteran living in a shelter in New Jersey.
